Privacy (GDPR)
Soranety processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Malagasy law. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Data transparency — your audit data
The URLs and texts you submit for an audit are used strictly to generate your audit report. They are never sold, never used for malicious purposes, and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Their use is limited to producing the report you requested, and they are kept only for a reasonable, necessary period.
Data collected
Account email (passwordless login), project data you submit (URL, description, audited content), and contact-form data.
Purposes & legal basis
Providing the service and generating your reports (contract), securing access (legitimate interest), responding to your requests (consent).
Sharing
No sale of data and no sharing with third parties for commercial purposes. Public, keyless sources are queried to perform the analysis; no AI token is required for the core analysis. Technical service providers (e.g. hosting) act only on our instructions.
Retention
Data is kept only for the time strictly necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted. You may delete your projects and your account at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Cookies & audience measurement
Only cookies strictly necessary for the service to work are used by default. Audience measurement is currently on standby and is not active; should it be enabled, it will only run with your prior consent.
