Soranety processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Malagasy law. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data transparency: your audit data

The URLs and texts you submit for an audit are used strictly to generate your audit report. They are never sold, never used for malicious purposes, and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Their use is limited to producing the report you requested, and they are kept only for a reasonable, necessary period.

Data collected

Account email (passwordless login), project data you submit (URL, description, audited content), and contact-form data. On our public pages, Google AdSense additionally receives browsing data (IP address, user agent, pages viewed) in order to serve ads.

Purposes & legal basis

Providing the service and generating your reports (contract), securing access (legitimate interest), responding to your requests (consent), and funding the service through ads displayed on the public pages.

Sharing

Your account data and your audit data are never sold and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Public, keyless sources are queried to perform the analysis; no AI token is required for the core analysis. Technical service providers (e.g. hosting) act only on our instructions.

The one exception is advertising: on the public pages only, Google AdSense acts as an independent controller of the browsing data it collects. It never receives your account data, nor the URLs and texts you submit for an audit. No ad is served inside your signed-in workspace. See our cookie policy.

Retention

Data is kept only for the time strictly necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted. You may delete your projects and your account at any time.

Cookies, advertising & audience measurement

The service itself only uses cookies strictly necessary for it to work. On the public pages, Google AdSense also sets advertising cookies, as soon as the page loads.
