Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of Soranety, an SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) auditing service operated from Madagascar. The service analyses a website and produces an audit report covering search-engine and generative-AI visibility. By using the service, you accept these terms.

Free beta access

The service is currently offered as a free beta (Bêta 1). It is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of availability, continuity, completeness or accuracy. Features, quotas and access may change, be suspended or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Reports are indicative and must be reviewed before any decision is taken.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Soranety lawfully and in good faith. In particular:

• You may only audit websites that you own or are explicitly authorised to audit.
• You must not use the service to attack, overload, scrape abusively or harm any third party or its infrastructure.
• You must not attempt to circumvent quotas, security measures or access controls.
• You must not submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content.

Intellectual property

The Soranety brand, logo, interface, source code and report templates are protected and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Use of the service grants you no ownership right over them. The content you submit and the data of the sites you are authorised to audit remain yours.

Your data

The URLs and texts you submit are used solely to generate your audit report. They are not sold, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes, nor used for any malicious purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soranety cannot be held liable for the unavailability of the service, for inaccuracies in the reports, or for any decision taken on their basis. You remain solely responsible for your content, for the authorisation to audit the sites you submit, and for your use of the results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent Malagasy courts, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
